How long will delivery take?
Most of our items are made to order and are dispatched within 2-3 days. If you need to receive your order urgently, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out.
Delivery time after we have dispatched your order is dependant on the country we are shipping to and the postal method chosen at check out.
For orders under £80:
£3.70 – Royal Mail Signed (1-2 days)
£6.70 – Next Day Recorded Delivery (next day and fully tracked)
FREE for orders over £80 – First Class Recorded Delivery (next day and fully tracked)
£10.70 – Royal Mail Tracked/Signed 5-7 working days (can occasionally take longer due to customs)

Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?
If you are a international customer outside the EU, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Iris London cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into other countries.
What should I do if my item does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time (please check postal guideline times above), please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we will investigate the issue.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging.
Please make sure you include a note with your name, email address, and reason for return, and send back to us at: Iris London, Heartspace 37, Hackney Downs Studios, Amhurst Terrace, London, E8 2BT.
We will issue a full refund (or exchange, if preferred) within 5 days of receipt, excluding the original delivery charge (unless the item is faulty in which case we will also refund shipping).
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for knickers or thongs due to hygiene reasons.
Oh no! Something has broken!
All our lingerie is handcrafted, ensuring exceptional quality.
Some of the specialist materials we use – gold chain or underwires – will occasionally require some TLC after if an item has been well-loved. Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to fix whatever needs attention.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they arrive back within 14 days of receipt, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we strongly recommend you send by a recorded or tracked method as we cannot guarantee it will arrive otherwise.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
